Data Deletion Instructions

When you message our Facebook Page, our messaging admin tool may store the following to provide customer service:

• Your Facebook display name and profile picture (if available)
• Message content you send to our Page
• Date and time of messages
• Messenger user identifier (PSID) assigned by Meta to our Page

We use this data only to reply to inquiries, discuss packages, and support customers — we do not sell it to third parties.

Use any one of the options below. Please state whether you want Messenger data deleted, website account data deleted, or both:

• Email: admin@winswedding.com — subject line “Data deletion request”
• Message our Facebook Page (Win Wedding Phitsanulok) and ask us to delete your Messenger conversation data
• Phone: +6684-680-1995 (during studio business hours)

To help us verify your request, include the name on your Facebook profile or the email linked to your account (if applicable).

• Messenger conversation history stored in our systems
• Name, profile picture, and conversation summary metadata (e.g. follow-up notes)
• Website account data (if you also request account deletion)

We may keep certain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Completed booking and payment records
• Records required for tax or accounting compliance
• Backup copies removed on a normal system rotation schedule (typically within 90 days)
