Account registration is available only for customers who have already booked our services, whether online, offline, or through a walk-in visit. Registration is not open to the general public.

To prevent misuse, the name provided at the time of your first booking is set as your official account name and cannot be changed independently. If you need to update your name after booking, please contact our team directly.

We accept various payment methods, including:

• Debit/Credit Cards
• Installments
• Bank Transfer
• PromptPay

For online bookings made through the Site, payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe — Win Wedding never stores or accesses your credit or debit card information.

Our website runs on Cloudflare Workers, which automatically logs IP addresses for security purposes, including detecting attacks and monitoring for unusual activity. IP data is retained in accordance with Cloudflare's policies. Win Wedding may disclose IP information to Thai law enforcement authorities if required by a court order or an official legal request.

This website is powered by Cloudflare Workers (hosting and CDN), Supabase (database and authentication), and Cloudflare R2 (file and image storage). These providers may process your data on servers located outside Thailand. Win Wedding selects providers with high security standards; however, Win Wedding is not responsible for the privacy policies or terms of service of those third-party providers.

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Win Wedding Studio Co. Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
